If you are interested in hosting a CME activity, please click on the appropriate packet listed below. The packet includes every policy and application needed for that type of activity (i.e. Single, Joint Single, Recurring, and Joint Recurring). Please also note the deadlines listed below. All non-joint activities must be submitted 60 days in advance and 90 days for joint activities.

Please remember to submit non-joint CME applications 90 days prior to the activity and joint CME applications 90 days prior to the activity.
Please Note: The Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center (GRMERC) Continuing Medical Education (CME) office must be contacted before any planning occurs; if the GRMERC CME office is contacted after planning has already occurred, we may not be able to certify the activity. Call the CME office for further information: (616) 732-6246. Activity planners are strongly encouraged to make an appointment to meet with the CME Coordinator to discuss CME requirements.
