The fellowship program at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital is a three-year program and is ACGME accredited for one fellow per year.

Our program participates in the National Resident Matching Program and uses the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS) application process. Please visit their web site at www.aamc.org/eras for an application and information about our program.

Please be prepared to provide the following information using the ERAS application program:

1. A completed application/profile

2. At least three letters of recommendation

3. Curriculum vitae

4. Medical school transcript and Dean's letter

5. Personal statement describing career goals and reasons for selecting continued training in pediatric hematology and oncology

6. USMLE transcript

7. For international medical graduates, an ECFMG status report

8. If not a United States citizen or permanent resident, a copy of current J-1 visa. Exceptional candidates with an H-1B may also be considered.
