The Physician Assistant Surgical Residency in Grand Rapids has been in place since 1990. The Grand Rapids Medical Education and Research Center for Health Professions (GRMERC) coordinates all of the education and research programs for residents, PA's and nurse practitioners in the Grand Rapids community. This collaboration offers numerous opportunities in medical education.
