Role of Program/Research Director (steps 1, 2)
- Create environment conducive to and supportive of research
- Recruit and develop faculty mentors
- Monitor & facilitate progress of learners’ research
- Facilitate communication with faculty mentors and GRMERC Research Department
- Assist in review of presentations and manuscripts
Role of GRMERC (steps 1-6)
Function as a service center for consultation and assistance with:
- Idea/protocol development
- Research design
- Funding/budget
- IRB compliance
- Statistical analysis
- Poster review/printing
- PowerPoint consultation
- Manuscript review
