	Angela Pham, MD Medical School: Michigan State University - CHM I am the oldest of four and have lived all across the United States, including St. Louis, Wichita, Seattle, Laguna Beach, and Detroit. Naturally, I consider myself a nomad and honestly cannot say there is much else I enjoy more than traveling. My favorite travel destination thus far has been Prague. When not wander lusting, I love to spend time at home with my cat, Iris, rabbit, DeeDee, and bearded dragon, Calypso. My boyfriend Bill, who I do not get to see nearly enough, is a veterinarian on the other side of the state (hence all the animals). I studied English Literature at Wayne State University, and went on to study medicine at MSU’s College of Human Medicine. I am thrilled to continue on as a Spartan, and could not be happier to be living in and exploring West Michigan.
	Maysee Salleva, MD Medical School: Michigan State University - CHM Born and raised in Toronto, ON Canada, never would I have imagined I would call Grand Rapids home.  My family moved to Grand Rapids when I was a sophomore in high school and I've essentially been here ever since.  I received my B.S. in Biomedical Sciences from Grand Valley State University, took a year long hiatus from school and worked as the dreaded pharm rep in Flint, MI, decided sales wasn't for me and went to Michigan State University College of Human Medicine for four long, wonderful years.  During that time, I was supported by Jake, my amazing boyfriend and now-husband, and we've now been married for 1 out of the almost 8 years we've been together.  We have a spunky little Maltese-Shih tzu mix named Oliver who turns everyone he meets into little dog people.  When I remember what I used to do in my free time, I vaguely recall enjoying reading, practicing yoga, playing piano, cooking and exploring new restaurants (just kidding!  I do get adequate free time, even as an intern).  I am also a closet gamer, with my most recent guilty pleasure being Final Fantasy III.  I've really come to love Grand Rapids and I'm happy to say I can call my fellow co-residents friends, not just co-workers.

	Jennifer Bhunpaen, MD I was born in Eurkea, California but grew up in Redding, CA. I came to Michigan and went to Calvin College where I obtained my bachelors in Biology. I went to medical school in Israel at the Medical School for International Health in Collaboration with Columbia University Medical Center. Any free time I have I love to spend traveling and experiencing other cultures. I also like to scuba dive and do anything with music.
	Melissa Jo Davis, MD Columbia, MO is where I was born but I grew up in Jacksonville, IL. I did my undergrad at Truman State University receiving my B.A. in Spanish and a B.S. in Biology. I went to medical school at the University of Illinois College of Medicine. In any free time I have I like to read, jog, play with my dog Scrappy, and watch lots of movies.
	Linnelle Veldhouse, MD I was born north of the border in Toronto, Ontario but I came to Michigan for my undergraduate degree (Calvin, BS Biology) and stayed here for medical school at Michigan State. In my free time, I like outdoor activities--biking, walking, beach volleyball, bags, etc.    Most of my time is spent with my husband of 5 years, Joel, as well as hanging out with my three sisters.
	Katie Wentland, MD I was born and raised in Big Rapids, MI about an hour north of Grand Rapids. I was at Michigan State University for all of my college years obtaining a B.S. in Physiology before going to medical school. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, sports, fishing, exercising, and reading. I grew up on a farm in Big Rapids and like spending time there with my family as well.

	Richard Blalock, M.D. Medical School: Morehouse School of Medicine
	Chad Coe, MD Medical School: Wayne State University   I grew up in the small town of Fenton, Michigan on the other side of the State. Undergraduate was at Michigan State University with a major in physiology from Lyman Briggs and medical school was in Detroit at Wayne State University. I love Michigan State basketball and am a season ticket holder, so I try to sneak away to games as much as I can. Outside of that, I try to enjoy all that Grand Rapids has to offer with restaurants, bars, concerts, and outdoor activities.
	Matthew Gale, M.D. Medical School: Michigan State University - CHM I was born in  Franklin, MI, traveled to Princeton for my undergraduate degree in Molecular Biology before returning to Michigan and MSU for my medical degree. In my spare time I love camping, backpacking, cooking, baking, gardening, reading, and playing guitar.
	Adam Will, M.D. Medical School: Indiana University I was born in Monroeville, IN and attended Indiana State for my undergrad before attending Indiana University from medical school. I love spending time with time with my twin kids Noah and Abigail and my wife Kristin (a pediatrics resident), and I'm really looking forward to meeting the newest addition to our family this September! I also enjoy grilling, gardening, and reading (non-medical when I can). In the long term, I hope someday to get more involved in medical education - teaching seems to run in my family (four sibs who are teachers!).
