Application Process
We process all applications through the ERAS (Electronic Resident Application Service) program. This can accessed on-line at: www.aamc.org/eras. The deadline for applying to the program is December 31st of any calendar year. The minimum score requirement for USMLE Step 1 is 200. We will need to have documentation of test scores at the time of your interview. The interview season typically starts in late November and concludes at the end of January. We do not require prior experience to apply to the program. We will sponsor only the J1 VISA.

Interview Day
A typical interview day will consist of Grand Rounds, interviews and tours, as well as an opportunity to meet current house staff. Each interview day will begin at 7:45 a.m. and conclude around 3:00 p.m. Upon confirming your appointment for an interview, we will send you information on travel, accommodations, transportation, etc. We also have a dinner evening before interviews with several of the residents at a local restaurant if you are available. This will give you the opportunity to see the downtown area and visit with residents in a more casual atmosphere.
